Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman, an American gymnast, was a member of both the Fierce Five 2012 as well as the Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic Gymnastics teams. In the 2012 Olympics in London she was awarded gold medals in floor and team events, and a bronze medal in the balance beam. This made her one of the very first American gymnast in the Olympics with the highest number of medals. At the 2016, Olympics she won gold in the team event that earned her as well as teammate Gabby Douglas the distinction of having been the first Americans to win back-to-back team golds. She also won silvers in individual all around as well as for floor exercise. In the three years between her two Olympic Games, she took a break. Also, she was a member of the gold medal winning American team at the two World Championships. She learned gymnastics from the age two, and her most loved activity is Floor Exercise. Aly participates in the Uniting Against Lung Cancer Organization in memory and honor of her grandmother. As for the future, she hopes to build a career from fashion. Aly would like to expand her line of leotards and her socks. Fierce is a new book is due out later in the year.
